"We Love Our FitFam!"
Istarted at Man Made April 2021 in search of a crossfit gym that could support her fitness goals. A year and a half later, it’s more than a place to workout, it’s part of my daily routine and I look forward to getting a fun workout in with my friends. The coaches review the movement standards, including adapting movements to your particular skill level and provide guidance during the workouts. The members at Man Made are supportive, encouraging and create a competive environment that is contagious. So contagious that I finally convinced my husband Aaron to try a week free a year after I started and he has been hooked since. (Either that or he got tired of me bragging about the great workout, amazing people and awesome coaches and he was missing out! From the range of weekly classes that fit our busy work schedules to skills classes and fun Saturday team workouts, Man Made Crossfit has become our fit fam!!
