If you are new to CrossFit we recommend doing our On Ramp Foundations Course with a Man Made Coach. The course is designed to give you a foundation of all the main CrossFit movements and methodologies (you will be working out, learning how to perform the exercises correctly under the guidance of a certified CrossFit Coach). The sessions are done 1 on 1 with a coach, and are a total of 4 one hour sessions. We highly recommend this course if you are new to CrossFit, as it will boost your progress for both the short and long term!
