Michael has an extensive background in the Health, Wellness, and Fitness Industries since 2008. He played baseball at Cy Creek High School lettering varsity his junior and senior years. His athletic background led him to pursue a degree in Exercise Physiology at Texas A&M starting in 2007. During his undergrad he started his own Personal Training business, working remote and for large name Fitness Centers focusing on a wide range of clientele and fitness goals. Michael was also involved in assistant strength programs for various Texas A&M sports teams, which led him to work with many young athletes for sport specific goals. After graduating he continued his Personal Training Business while also working for Lone Star College teaching the National Academy of Sports Medicine Course.
It was during this time he found CrossFit as his new preferred exercise program, and this is where his passion for CrossFit began. His coaching and training experience led him to open Man Made CrossFit in 2013. Since then, Michael continues coaching and programming for Man Made while enjoying doing CrossFit to stay in shape. He enjoys teaching, hanging out, and working out with his members and friends on a daily basis!
